Support, setup help, and account questions.

For household-specific support, include your household name, your role, the page you were using, and what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, OAuth tokens, Wi-Fi passwords, child medical details, or screenshots containing private household data.

Emergency note

Homeflow is not an emergency dispatch service. In an immediate emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number first, then use Homeflow to notify household contacts.
