Homeflow AI uses SMS only for account phone verification, opted-in operational household notifications, and emergency/SOS household alerts where enabled. Homeflow does not use SMS for marketing.
A user enters their phone number inside Homeflow Settings, requests SMS verification, receives a Twilio Verify code, and enters that code in Homeflow. After the phone number is verified, the user may explicitly turn SMS notifications on in Settings. SMS notifications default to off.
Parent/admin household contacts may receive emergency alerts only after they are added as household contacts and SMS is enabled and verified where required. Household administrators are responsible for obtaining consent before entering another adult's phone number.
Homeflow SMS messages do not include passwords, reset links, OAuth tokens, Wi-Fi passwords, payroll details, private notes, medical details, receipt/photo content, or AI summaries.
Reply STOP to opt out of Homeflow SMS messages. Reply START to resume messages after an opt-out. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn SMS off in Homeflow Settings or contact support@myaihomeflow.com.
Message frequency varies by household setup and user actions. Message and data rates may apply. SMS delivery can be delayed, blocked, filtered, or unavailable and is not a 911 or emergency dispatch service.
We process phone numbers, verification metadata, consent state, and delivery metadata as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
